  The Pipeline Technology Conference (ptc) is one of the main international events for the pipeline industry, bringing together operators, engineers, leaders and technology suppliers to discuss trends, challenges and innovations throughout the life cycle of a pipeline. The 21st edition (ptc 2026) will take place in Berlin (Germany), at the Estrel Congress Center, from April 27 to 30, 2026, combining conference + trade fair/expo, with intensive training sessions (1 day), keynotes, panels, parallel technical tracks, round tables for operators and networking events. The technical program covers topics such as planning and design, construction, integrity management and inline inspection, corrosion and cathodic protection, leak detection, digitalization and cybersecurity, fiber optic sensing, geohazards, rehabilitation/ trenchless technologies, decommissioning, standards and regulations, as well as current topics linked to the energy transition, such as hydrogen and CO₂, emissions reduction and critical infrastructure resilience. As a size reference (data published on its website), the event reports figures such as 1,933 visitors, participation from 60 countries, delegations from 109 operators and a program with 138 papers in 46 sessions (according to "Facts & Figures", status as of 23 Sep 2025).
